Hello, I'm Cheryl, the face behind C G Virtual which is based from my home in the small market town of Sudbury, Suffolk.

I am a Virtual Assistant, providing office management and administration support.  

Previously I was employed by BT for 31 years as a Commercial Officer.

Gaining essential office administration experience, fantastic time management and excellent organisational skills.
